Also we could take use of the Translator Bookmarklet. It could help to translate any pages with the simple click of a bookmark. Please take the following steps to use it. Select the language in the website mentioned above. Make sure your bookmarks/favorites bar (open IE, then click Alt, after that, select View->tool bars-> favorites bar, make sure it is selected ) is visible, then drag and drop the link (on the above page right at the steps two) to the right onto your bookmarks/favorites bar.
